Refund policy

If you’ve purchased a one-on-one session and can’t attend, you may reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without being charged. After that time, you’ll be charged for the session.

If you’ve registered for a workshop or retreat and can’t attend, you may request a refund up to 15 days before the start date. If you withdraw from the event in fewer than 15 days we can’t offer you a full refund. However, you may register for a future event and apply your payment to that fee. You may also send a different participant in your place if their participation is approved by The Loss Art.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
