Refund policy

If you’ve purchased a one-on-one session and can’t attend, you may reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without being charged. After that time, you’ll be charged for the session.

If you’ve registered for a workshop or retreat and can’t attend, you may request a refund up to 3 days before the start date by emailing julie@thelossart.com. If you withdraw from the event in fewer than 3 days, Julie can offer you a partial refund, after materials and catering costs are covered. Alternatively, you may send a different participant in your place if Julie approves their participation.

If your refund is approved, you’ll receive an e-transfer within 3 days unless Julie is away. Then, you’ll get an out-of-office message to manage your expectations.

If you haven’t received a refund when expected, please check your bank account again. Then, follow up with Julie to ensure the transfer was sent.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
